With our app “My LKH” you can handle many issues relating to your private health insurance conveniently and digitally. As a fully or additionally insured LKH member, you can benefit from various self-services such as digital submission of your receipts and other useful functions. Whether as an app or on the web: “My LKH” is also accessible as a customer portal via the desktop.

How can you register?
Registration takes place directly in the app. All you need is your insurance number, the policyholder's date of birth and your email address.
If the insurance number and date of birth match, a confirmation link will be sent to the email address provided. After confirming the link, you can get started.
How can you log in?
To use “My LKH”, simply log in to the app with your customer details and email address. You will receive access data for the full version of the app by post after you have requested activation in the app.
